Our apartments are located on the outskirts of the village of Zell am Ziller, in a quiet, sunny spot.
Apartment furnishings have been hand crafted by a carpenter, the natural wood having a positive effect on your wellbeing.

A 10 to 15 minute walk gets you to the railway station, cable car, recreational facilities and village centre.

At a height of 575m above sea level you have a magnificent view of the Zillertaler Alps.

The perfect starting point for adventurous mountain tours for the whole family in the Zillertaler mountain range,
on over 150 km of signposted walking tracks. Via ferratas, flying fox and skyline complete your adventure activity program.

For an exciting bike tour, bikes, mountain bikes and e-bikes are available for hire.

Parents can enjoy some timeout whilst children make use of the care program including fun activities.

Playgrounds, a water park, minigolf, bowling, tennis and much more are also on offer.

Here in three of the top skiing areas of the region all needs and requirements are covered.
Perfect slopes for carving, snowtubing, tobogganing, night tobogganing, boarding and snow ploughing - exhilaration is guaranteed!
To ensure you have dry boots in the morning, we provide a ski room with dryer.

During winters with plenty of snow you'll find a cross-country track right outside the door - no desire goes unfulfilled!

In the winter seasons the ski bus stops at the hotel door.
